Property for up to 14 guests (adults and minors, pets allowed for extra charge), your little oasis in the great altar desert, we have an alarm system and video surveillance (parking area); with space to park your vehicles, protect your boat, ATV`s and other beach equipment, the property is not shared so you will enjoy absolute privacy, we are 5 km from the beach and boardwalk. Comfortable house for up to 14 guests, security, privacy and above all the pool highlight the property! pets are not accepted. we are located in an urban area 5 km from the boardwalk and the beach, enjoy this oasis in the great desert of altar. You will feel at home, nothing better after going to the beach than arriving at your property to take a good dip in your own pool while having a barbecio in the grill area. Direct attention to any eventuality or advice regarding the city. All house and installations including pool is exclusive to our guests. Everything is exclusive, parking, pool, bathrooms, barbecue area, etc. Upon arrival, the delivery of keys and gate control is coordinated, as well as alarm control and surveillance cameras.  - We do not have daily cleaning, although it is cleaned and sanitized before and after each guest/stay. - The pool is not heated, its dimensions are (long x wide x deep) 7 x 4 x 1.5 meters - In extended stays, the host may ask you to go through the garbage and check pool chemicals for your convenience. - Since the city is in the desert, it is possible that there is dust in the outer areas, even after having been cleaned due to the wind. - Beds distribution: Room 1:  double bed, Room 2: 2 doubles, 1 individual, Room 3: 2 doubles, 1 individual, Living Room: 2 sofa beds.
