"THREE PARTY PARROTS" property for up to 8 guests (adults and minors, no pets), your little oasis in the great altar desert, we have an alarm system and video surveillance (parking area); with space to park your vehicles, protect your boat, ATV`s and other beach equipment, the property is not shared so you will enjoy absolute privacy, we are 5 km from the beach and boardwalk. Comfortable house for up to 8 guests, security, privacy and above all the pool highlight the property! pets are not allowed. We are located in an urban area 6 km from the boardwalk and beach, enjoy this oasis in the great altar desert. You will feel at home, nothing better after going to the beach than arriving at your property to take a good dip in your own pool while cooking roast beef in the BBQ area. Attention directly to any eventuality or advice regarding the city. The entire house and facilities including the pool are exclusively for guests. Everything is exclusive, parking, pool, bathrooms, barbecue area, etc. Upon arrival, the delivery of keys and gate control is coordinated, as well as alarm control and surveillance cameras. - We do not have daily cleaning, although it is cleaned and sanitized before and after each guest/stay. - The pool has shade. - The pool is not heated. - In extended stays, the host may ask you to go through the garbage and check pool chemicals for your convenience. - Since the city is in the desert, it is possible that there is dust in the outer areas, even after having been cleaned due to the wind.
